Becky Hughes—Director

For the past year, Becky Hughes has served as director of Open Door, and says God placed her here. She drove a Chevy Nova for her first car. Becky would have liked to meet Susan B. Anthony and/or Lottie Moon. If she could choose a favorite snack, it would be chocolate dippers from Pizza Hut. Becky thinks one of life’s toughest questions is “Why am I here?”

Stacia—Peer Counselor

Someday, Stacia would like to learn Spanish and go on a foreign mission trip with her husband.  You might hear her say, “Oh, that’s funny!” Although she didn’t think it was so funny the time she went sledding, and totally missed the sled when she went to jump on it. Stacia has been with Open Door for 3 ½ years, and thoroughly enjoys spring.

Bev Nisly—Administrative Assistant

Bev remembers an embarrassing moment when she was a waitress at the Dutch Kitchen and dropped 4 plates of catfish that her customers had been waiting on for a long time.  One of her dreams is to visit Switzerland. Bev enjoys spending  time at Open Door and has been there since it opened in 2002. A favorite food of Bev’s is grilled steak from her father’s farm.
